Activities involving Proprioception, Balance and Co-ordination - having good proprioception is vital for dogs! It helps them move safely, avoid injuries, and stay healthy. Balance and coordination are beneficial at any age, from puppies to seniors. Just make sure to consult your vet if your dog has any medical issues.
